The proposed renovation of the apartment is located on Radarová Street in Ružinov district. The apartment building was built in early 70´s as a cross-panel system of prestressed concrete panels, in a newly emerging district of the city at that time. Current layout of the 3.5-room apartment unit does not meet the client's requirements. Our design allows preservation of the original openings in the load-bearing walls of the apartment, and we fundamentally do not interfere with its load-bearing structures. The new layout envisages maintaining the 3.5-room apartment concept with an enlarged sanitary area for residents.
