Our unsuccessful competition entry for the new cultural centre mixed with retail and apartments in Svätý Jur.  We imagine a ziggurat house. Utilitarian linear house, simple in its form, expression, plans and construction. The main characteristic element of the building is its gradually receding floors, which kind of resemble a ziggurat.
